Professional Home Watch Property Inspections

At Mari's Professional Home Watch, we provide our clients with a Weekly or Bi-Weekly Exterior and Interior inspection of your home. We use a State of the Art inspection software that will store the inspection details with photo capability that will be provided in your copy of each inspection as well as identifying the GPS location. While you are away you can be confident knowing that we are your set of eyes for your peace of mind. We are fully licensed, bonded and accredited through the National Home Watch Association where we must exemplify professionalism, pass a background check and provide proof of all insurance policies.

When determining whether or not to hire Mari's Professional Home Watch instead of your family, neighbor, or friends, please take the following into consideration:

Mari's Professional Home Watch is fully licensed, insured, bonded, we are Accredited through the National Home Watch Association. Our Inspectors have been professionally trained. We provide detailed inspection reports and photos. Some insurance companies will give you a discount if you are utilizing a professional home watch company.

Standard Monitoring Services Provided

Evaluate home for any roof, window or skylight leaks
Evaluate home for any mechanical failures or damages, such as refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, wine cooler, A/C, heater, alarm system, phones, etc.
Periodically activate dishwasher to prevent possible hose damage or premature seal failure
Run garbage disposal
Run washing machine upon request
Assess hot water heater condition
Monitor Water softener system (add salt when needed)
Inspect breaker box for tripped breakers
Flush all toilets, run water in sinks, tubs & showers to prevent sewer gas odor
Evaluate pipes under sinks for leaks
Report any landscape issues to homeowners associations where applicable
Evaluate Pool, Spa and Fountain Condition
Report any pest problems for further approved actions
Pick up mail (send upon request - rate fees apply)
Remove any phone books, mailers/flyers left in driveway or at front door (obvious sign you are away)

Prepare home for personal or client visits (cleaning etc.)
Client's Personal requests (grocery shopping etc.)
Water plants
Change Air Filters
Add Salt to Water Softeners
House/Condo Cleaning
Window Cleaning
Golf Cart attention
Start/move vehicle
Coordinate Trash Removal
Open up home prior to arrival
Emergency shutdown in the event of an unexpected leave
Vendor Supervision of contractors or deliveries

Matt's Bio

Matt has been involved with our family business for many years before coming on board full time 3 years ago. Matt brings a wealth of industry knowledge along with integrity. He is a Certified Water Treatment Specialist, has knowledge in and provides general plumbing and is a Certified Home Watch Professional. He is very personable and excels at communicating with our clients. He has a keen eye for details and provides exceptional documentation in his home watch inspection report to clients including photos and videos. Matt values his working relationship with clients who continually offer raving reviews of his service.

Scott's Bio

Scott has been involved in the family business on a part-time basis for approximately 20 years. After his retirement from Gainey Ranch Community Association as the Director of Maintenance for 38 years, he has now come on board full-time. Scott brings a wealth of knowledge along with years of experience in the building and landscape maintenance industry, including strong administrative and public relations skills. He has a full understanding of community associations, compliance processes, and overall operations. His 38 years of assisting Gainey Ranch homeowners with an array of interior challenges is an invaluable asset to our organization. Scott is a certified Home Watch Professional.

Yadira's Bio

Because of Yadira’s qualifications, skills, and work ethic, she has become an integral part in many aspects of the business. Yadira plays a key role as the Cleaning Supervisor. She has a strong eye for detail, manages and supports the staff extremely well. Her attention to details when performing quality assurance checks is well above expected standards. Our clients value their relationship with Yadira and as a result have complete trust and confidence in her. Yadira took the initiative to cross-train as a professional Home Watch inspector. She completed the Certification program through the National Home Watch Association and passed the test. Yadira provides inspection coverage when other inspectors are unavailable due to needed personal time off. Yadira’s overall understanding of the business, along with her work ethic has made her an invaluable asset to the company.
