Wipe off outside of all appliances
Clean inside/outside of microwave
Clean top of refrigerator
Lightly wipe out inside of refrigerator
Clean Showers, tubs, and sinks inside and out
Disinfect, scrub toilet, including bowl, seat, lid, tank and base
Clean shelves, fixtures, and items on vanity
Clean, dry and shine all mirrors, glass, chrome, and tile
Vacuum and steam mop all tile* (Request)
Vacuum and steam mop all wood / laminate floors * (Request)
Vacuum rugs and carpeting
Dust all furniture / woodwork
Vacuum furniture, including under cushions
Empty and clean ashtrays
Empty trash and replace liners
Dust window sills and ledges
Dust picture frames and knickknacks
Dust lamps
Remove reachable cobwebs
Dust blinds / shutters
Dust Ceiling fans
Dust / wipe baseboards
Wipe off fronts of cabinets as needed
* We recommend the following special areas to be done on the initial cleaning, however, additional time will be required. (Note: these special areas will be maintained after the initial cleaning)

Note: Walls - We do not like to do entire walls as we do not want to be responsible for paint. However, we will always wipe off handprints around light switches etc.
Charges
We are well aware that pricing may be the deciding factor. With that thought in mind, we have kept our rates competitive and comparable to the other services in our area. Our house cleaning services are all based on an hourly rate (per man hour). You tell us what would make your day and we will be happy to do it.
