Weekly Property Inspections
When determining whether or not to hire Mari's Property Management instead of your family, neighbor, or friends, please take into consideration the following:
Mari's Property Management Phoenix AZ is fully licensed, insured and bonded and provides detailed inspection reports and photo's. If you need to file an Insurance claim, our detailed documentation & Photo's will confirm that your home is under professional home monitoring "While You Are Away". When your home is not watched by a professional service, your home may be considered vacant and any claim denied.
Standard Monitoring Services Provided
- Evaluate home for any roof, window or skylight leaks
- Evaluate home for any mechanical failures or damages, such as refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, wine cooler, A/C, heater, alarm system, phones, etc.
- Periodically activate dishwasher to prevent possible hose damage or premature seal failure
- Run garbage disposal

Run washing machine upon request
- Assess hot water heater condition
- Monitor Water softener system (add salt when needed)
- Inspect breaker box for tripped breakers
- Flush all toilets, run water in sinks, tubs & showers to prevent sewer gas odor
- Evaluate pipes under sinks for leaks
- Report any landscape issues to homeowners associations where applicable
- Evaluate Pool, Spa and Fountain Condition
- Report any pest problems for further approved actions
- Pick up mail (send upon request - rate fees apply)
- Remove any phone books, mailers/flyers left in driveway or at front door (obvious sign you are away)

- Prepare home for personal or client visits (cleaning etc.)
- Client's Personal requests (grocery shopping etc.)
- Water plants
- Change Air Filters
- Add Salt to Water Softeners
- House/Condo Cleaning
- Window Cleaning
- Golf Cart attention
- Start/move vehicles
- Wash / Gas up vehicles prior to your arrival
- Coordinate Trash Removal
- Open up home prior to arrival
- Emergency shutdown in the event of an unexpected leave
- Vendor Supervision of contractors or deliveries
