    Weekly Property Inspections
  • Evaluate home for any roof leaks
  • Evaluate home for any mechanical failures or damages, such as refrigerator, A/C, heater, etc.
  • Periodically activate dishwasher to prevent possible hose damage or premature seal failure
  • Access hot water heater condition
  • Monitor Water softner system
  • Flush all toilets, run water in sinks, tubs & showers to prevent sewer gas odor
  • Evaluate pipes under sinks
  • Report any landscape issues to homowners associtions where applicable
  • Report any pest problems
  • Water plants
  • Pick up mail
  • Home and condo cleaning
  • Prepare home for personal or client visits (cleaning etc.) 
  • Client's Personal requests (grocery shopping etc.)
