Our uniformed house cleaning professionals are employees, not sub-contractors. All taxes, insurance and Workman's Compensation Insurance are paid. We will gladly provide you with proof of insurance and bonding of our employees. With Mari's Cleaning Service, you never have to worry about taxes or injuries. To minimize turnover, our employees are paid above average wages and receive bonuses based on your feedback.
We also offer laundry services while we are cleaning.
Regular Basic Cleaning on a routine basis:
- Disinfect Kitchen counters/backsplashes and scrub sinks
- Wipe off outside of all appliances
- Clean inside/outside of microwave
- Clean top of refrigerator
- Lightly wipe out inside of refrigerator
- Disinfect toilets, sinks, showers, countertops
- Clean bathroom mirrors
- Sweep and mop all tile
- Sweep, mop and dry wooden floors
- Vacuum rugs and carpeting
- Dust all furniture / woodwork
- Vacuum furniture, including under cushions
- Empty and clean ash trays
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Dust window sills and ledges
- Dust picture frames and knickknacks
- Dust lamps
- Remove reachable cobwebs
We recommend the following special areas to be done on the initial cleaning, however additional time will be required. (Note: these special areas will be maintained after the initial cleaning)
- Dust blinds / shutters
- Dust ceiling fans
- Dust baseboards
- Wipe off fronts of cabinets as needed

Charges
Our cleaning services are all based on an hourly rate (per man hour). You tell us what would make your day and we will be happy to do it.
We realize that inviting a cleaning company into your home is a big decision and therefore we take the same care in selecting our technicians as you take in selecting the cleaning service.
We carefully screen potential technicians by conducting a background check and do a thorough check of references prior to selecting the most qualified applicant. In addition we are insured and bonded for your peace of mind.
Each of our cleaning technicians are trained by an experienced supervisor in the techniques and quality standards that we are known for and that you deserve. We offer a customized cleaning program to meet your every need. Services are available on a regular basis, move-ins/move-out or if you are an absentee owner we offer a service just prior to your arrival or after departure.
